"Awesome Experience"
We spotted a car we were interested in at McCarthys. The problem was, we were almost 400 miles away. First, we chatted with Joe, and then with Jody. He was amazing. Provided us with all the details we required, kicked off the financing for us, and then we made the trip down to Croydon. We couldn't have been happier with the vehicle or the service we got, and we wouldn't think twice about reaching out to Jody if we need another ride down the line. Thanks for making sure we got home safely and for checking that we were satisfied with everything.

"Sales Experience Was Quite Lacking"
To put it mildly, the sales experience was quite lacking. The salesperson seemed clueless about the 7-seater options available on the lot. He barely left his desk and handed me the keys to check things out on my own. I was taken aback by the state of the car's interior—it was mouldy, damp, and filthy. Honestly, I was shocked. He didn’t offer any alternatives except for a 7-seater Fiat, which was surprising since I had already mentioned that I just sold my Discovery 4 with cream leather seats and was in search of something more upscale. I regret taking the time to visit, hoping to make a purchase, but I left feeling really let down.

I've bought a couple of cars from McCarthy’s and I was totally pleased with how they treated me. The vehicles I got were super dependable, and I’m for sure gonna shop there again. Their team is really nice and always ready to help. I also get my car serviced there, and they do a fantastic job.

"Amazing Service from This Team"
This team is truly fantastic. The receptionists at the service center are absolute legends and represent the kind of folks who still make London feel special. This business operates with integrity and helps you save some cash. I misplaced a wing mirror, and they suggested I grab the part from eBay and then have them install it for better value. I ended up saving over 200 quid. This is a genuine south London car sales maintenance and repair shop that is completely trustworthy, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
